Max Berger 19f9d0a8c7 web ui: New setting for browser-based login

This is useful in cases where OIDC login is active
which would then redirect the user to a central
login page.

If you have tsc installed, you can type-check all JavaScript using

tsc -p radicale/web/jsconfig.json --noEmit --pretty
