b5a1ea911d auth: dovecot: pass remote IP (rip=) to auth server 
If known, let the auth server know where the client came
from, using REMOTE_ADDR or, optionally/configurably, the
X-Remote-Addr header value (which is needed when running
behind a trusted proxy.)

Addresses #1859.

24b91e9569 Remove the Filtering non-recurring events by time-range logic 
The tests pass 100% without this code and attempting to pre-filter
these events here is quite complex and throws up test failures in
multiple locations.
